It may not look like much at the moment, but in a few months time this plot of land will be teeming with life, as the site of our brand new kitchen garden!
With the help of the amazing Robyn, a founding member of South West Seed Sovereignty, we are creating our own 100% organic “No dig” vegetable garden.
We have been busy planting and nurturing seedlings in our brand new polytunnel. We are fortunate enough to have the space to grow the bulk of what we will need in the restaurant, and our plot will evolve with our culinary needs over the coming seasons.
It is every chef’s dream to be able to pick their own produce fresh every morning, and at The Cellar Door, we are all about making dreams a reality.
